Tell Lawmakers:
Move Maryland forward. Support the FY 2026 Transportation Budget.

The MOVE Maryland Coalition formed to support the Moore-Miller Administration’s plan to invest in Maryland’s transportation infrastructure. The $420 million in annual funding proposed by The Consolidated Transportation Program includes construction for critical safety projects and infrastructure revitalization.

“You cannot have economic mobility without physical mobility. That’s the mindset at the center of MOVE Maryland – a broad coalition of leaders from both the public and private sectors who have raised their hands to help us write the next chapter in the story of Maryland transportation,” Gov. Moore said. “In partnership, we will create jobs, grow our economy and make transportation across our state safer and more reliable for all.”

Governor Moore’s proposed transportation budget includes significant investments in Maryland’s infrastructure, with new revenue streams to fund the TTF. This balanced plan addresses critical needs across roads, highways, and mass transit — sectors long strained by aging systems and deferred maintenance. With half of Maryland’s roads rated in “poor” or “mediocre” condition and nearly half of our bridges over 50 years old, this funding will directly contribute to safer, more reliable transportation systems that will save lives for years to come.
